We at ALPINGARAGET like to see products in real life on social media and we may request to share pictures posted by you on Instagram in our channels. The photos are published primarily on our website (www.alpingaraget.se) to give other customers a glimpse of their real-life uses and to inspire others. They may in some cases also be published in one of our other channels ex Instagram, Facebook, Newsletters or in a store environment.

By responding to our request with the hashtag #YesAlpingaraget, you agree to the following:

You provide Alpingaraget i Stockholm Aktiebolag a Swedish company under registration number 556486-5607 (hereinafter "ALPINGARAGET"), a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use any pictures you have responded with #YesAlpingaraget, hereinafter referred to as ”picture", in their marketing and / or advertising, including in the gallery on the website, newsletters, social media, e-mail, and other customer communications, store materials and other marketing purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the photos. Moreover, you certify that you are an individual (i.e., not a corporation), you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that ALPINGARAGET´s use of your pictures will not violate any rights of a third party or any law.

Hereby, you release ALPINGARAGET from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the above-described uses, thereby freeing, and agreeing to keep ALPINGARAGET and all persons acting for ALPINGARAGET from all claims (including claims from third party), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.

Swedish law governs these terms and conditions, where competent courts in Stockholm shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of them.
